Longitudinal observations of bonded anterior ceramic restorations reveal an overwhelming success if the basic principles of bonding and minimal invasive procedure for the preservation of enamel are followed. High-strength all-ceramic systems in conjunction with advanced CAD/CAM technology provide us with more opportunity to offer esthetic and function in high stress posterior occlusion. Each system requires specific tooth preparation, laboratory communication, surface conditioning for luting.
